My name is Leanne and I’ve worked in the design industry for over 25 years dealing with a range of design projects. I can work off my own initiative or to specific criteria. I have a flexible approach and a passion for design.
From a young age I’ve always had an interest in art and design which led to a degree in ‘Communications & Image Studies’ at Kent at Canterbury University. Since graduating I’ve taken on various design roles:
Designer & Media Design Manager
I started as a graphic designer working on collectable products and soon became a Media Design Manager. I headed up a team responsible for company advertising including brochures, leaflet and national adverts.
Designer & Production Manager
In 2005 I became Design & Production Manager and helped implement changes in both departments enabling them to run more effectively.
Senior Development Designer
In 2012, keen to get back to doing more design work, I became Senior Development Designer which included the invention of new products, exhibition planning/design and the re-branding of various businesses, the latter taking me into spacial and web design.
With variety at the heart of what I do I thought it was fitting to move to freelance and establish a service to be proud of.
